Emily joined our Events team in 2016 and has successfully worked her way up towards becoming an Events Planning Manager. Given her past operations experience, she knows what it takes to execute a successful event - her eye for detail and solid communication skills are often recognized by our guests.

Events Service Manager

Dave worked with Hyatt hotels since 2016, starting his career as a waiter in Grand Hyatt Macau. Since moving to Australia, thanks to his dedication to our clients and expansive knowledge in events, he has quickly grown to his current role of Events Service Manager.

Event Planning Executive

Nicole started her journey with Hyatt in 2017 in Grand Hyatt Santiago as Guest Services Officer and moved to Grand Hyatt Melbourne's Front Office team in 2019. In 2024, thanks to her exceptional customer service skills, Nicole moved to the role of Event Planning Executive to further assist our clients with event planning.
